Filing a DMCA Notice

Email dmca@bloxtra.com with:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed.
  2. Identification of allegedly-infringing material with sufficient detail to locate (full URL is best).
  3. Your contact information (full name, address, phone, email).
  4. A good-faith belief statement.
  5. An accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, including authorisation to act on the rights-holder’s behalf.
  6. Electronic or physical signature.

Incomplete notices may be ignored or returned for completion.

Our Response Process

For complete valid notices, we: review for completeness; remove or disable access in a timely manner (typically within 5 business days); notify users associated with the content where applicable; record the notice and action.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed in error, file a counter-notification at dmca@bloxtra.com with:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and previous location.
  3. A good-faith mistake statement under penalty of perjury.
  4. Your contact information and consent to court jurisdiction.
  5. A statement of acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.

We forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant. Unless we receive notice of court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We may terminate, in our sole discretion, accounts of users deemed to be repeat infringers.

False Claims

Section 512(f) liability applies to misrepresentations. If uncertain, consult a lawyer before submitting a notice.

Fair Use and Editorial Quotation

Bloxtra is an editorial publication. We may quote brief passages, display product screenshots, and reference vendor materials for commentary, criticism, news, and review under fair use principles. If you believe a specific use exceeds fair use, contact us — many concerns can be addressed informally.
